Merry Christmas!

Christmas in Arizona

We spent this Christmas at home in Arizona with the boys, sun and 68 degrees.  Normally we head back to the Midwest for the holiday, but this year felt like the right time to start a new family tradition.  The week before Christmas, we had a visit from Grandma Camille and Great Aunt Corinne.  It was wonderful to have some family around for the holiday, and they were eager to get away from all of the snow in Michigan, even for just a weekend.

Disneyland

A few days before Christmas, Jack and I were fortunate enough to tag along with my Speech and Debate team as it travelled to California to compete.  We joined the team on a six hour bus ride to California, and while the students were competing, we spent two days at 'the happiest place on earth.'
We had a wonderful time, and I look forward to taking another trip so Colin and Angie can join us.

It's been a long two days.

It's Been Awhile...

My sincere apologies for the time lapse.  I know many of you rely on the blog posts to keep tabs on the boys. I will try to be better. Emphasis on the "try".

Colin is almost 6 months old already. Yikes. He's continuing to be an amazing little boy.  He is interested in the busy world around him, especially his big brother. Hopefully the pictures are a clear representation of how well our lives are going right now.  Enjoy!

Most recent picture...sporting his new haircut.

Just watchin' some TV with my brother.

Dude, you look ridiculous in that chair. And this is coming from a guy not wearing a shirt sitting in a bumbo.

Let me help you out, buddy.

Thanks big brother. Make sure you get between all of the rolls on my arms.
